RESPONSIBILITY:

The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or injury occurring whilst not complying with the instructions, or that caused by lack of reasonable care.

Equipment is regularly checked and maintained.

Any item/items accepted by the hirer shall be deemed to be in good condition.

POWER SUPPLY:

The hirer is responsible for arranging a safe power supply. (A circuit breaker is provided).

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT:

The equipment must be returned/collected in a clean condition, any deficiency will be charged for.

Should the equipment not be accepted this will extend the hire period until proper return is made.
